NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING AT a Special Meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the TOWN OF WICKENBURG, to be held in the Wickenburg Town Hall Council Chambers located at 155 North Tegner Street on THURSDAY, March 1, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. for the following purpose(s):

 

BA(V)18-01 PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED: Request by Lester Armstrong at 874 W. Palo Verde Drive, Wickenburg, AZ 85390 APN # 505-38-031A, for a Variance to the requirements of the Town of Wickenburg Zoning Ordinance, ARTICLE 14-4-4 for Rear Yard  setback. The applicant is requesting a 13’ 8” rear yard setback for a proposed single family home whereas 45’ is required. The property is located in the R1-35 Single Family Residential Zoning District.
