A tremendous thank you to Lynn Spivey, and the children and parents of Red Bus #14 from Nadaburg and Desert Oasis school for their generous donations totalling $626.40 to the Pink Ribbon Angels, a Program of the non-profit Wickenburg Community Hospital Foundation.

Lynn is a bus driver at the Nadaburg School and wanted to undertake a fundraiser the month of October for the PRA in honor of her sister who passed away with breast cancer.  The donation also represents donations from Lynn’s mother-in-law Erma, a survivor, and many of her employees and customers in Williams, as well as close family friends and relatives.

The Pink Ribbon Angels was formed in 2009 for the purpose of providing free mammograms and diagnostic testing, including needle and stereotactic biopsies at Wickenburg Community Hospital for uninsured or under-insured women and men between ages of 35 and 64, residing in Aguila, Circle City, Congress, Forepaugh, Hillside, Kirkland, Morristown, Peeples Valley, Salome, Wenden, Wickenburg, Wittmann or Yarnell.
