NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING AT a Special Meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the TOWN OF WICKENBURG, to be held in the Wickenburg Town Hall Council Chambers located at 155 North Tegner Street on THURSDAY, January 30, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. for the following purpose(s):

 

BA(V)20-02 PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED: Request by Kim & Sheryl Taylor  of 690 West Mclean Drive Wickenburg, AZ 85390 APN # 505-08-133, for a Variance to the requirement of the Town of Wickenburg Zoning Ordinance, ARTICLE 14-21-4;  no portion of an accessory structure is permitted in the front yard setback of 30 feet whereas approximately a 9 foot setback is requested. The applicant is proposing make an existing non-conforming detached accessory structure legal in the R1-12 Single Family Zoning District.

BA(V)20-01 PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED: Request by Bill Lehman of 1902 Duff Road Wickenburg, AZ 85390 APN # 505-42-054A, for a Variance to the requirement of the Town of Wickenburg Zoning Ordinance, ARTICLE 14-21-4;  no portion of an accessory structure is permitted in the front yard setback of 40 feet whereas a 6 foot setback is requested. The applicant is proposing to construct a detached accessory structure in the R1-35 Single Family Zoning District.
