Wickenburg Little League Juniors 13/14 team finished their season with a 7-3 record and a walk-off win against Cottonwood on Saturday.

In a double header played in Cottonwood, the WLL Juniors team beat Cottonwood 8-6 in the first game, with great hitting and fielding by all 11 players; including consistent pitching by James White and a great rolling catch in center field by Joe Rigo.  In game two, Wickenburg led 7 to 3 through five innings; Cottonwood rallied in the seventh inning to even the score.  At their last at bat, Carson Hone singled and Eleazar Dominguez had a double; Stephen Avila brought Hone in with a base hit to win the game 8-7.

The juniors team played teams from Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino, Verde Valley and Cottonwood this season.  Coaches were Orlando Avila and Clint White.
