Christopher Allen Stacy, 24, of Wickenburg, was arrested April 4 for aggravated assault– deadly weapon, aggravated assault– adult on minor, third degree criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct– weapon/instrument after allegedly chasing children with a knife in a local park.

Kimberly Denise Moore, 54, of Wickenburg, was cited March 29 for DUI– liquor/drugs, DUI with BAC of .08 or more and liquor– possession/open container in the vehicle after reportedly being seen sickly on the side of the road.

Timothy Megargee, 65, was cited April 2 for shoplifting– concealment after allegedly attempting to steal two bottles of butane from a local store.

David Philip Neenan, 53, of Wickenburg, was cited March 29 for theft– control stolen property, drug paraphernalia– violation and Controlled Substance– MFG/distribution of an imitation controlled drug after nearly hitting another vehicle on the road according to reports.

Ronald Hahn, 63, was cited March 31 for third degree criminal trespassing. He was also cited April 1 for disorderly conduct– language/gestures and third degree criminal trespassing after allegedly “protesting” at a local RV park.

Michael William Neely, 26 and Dusti Nicole Wallace, 29, of Congress, were cited March 1 for disorderly conduct– noise after an alleged argument.

Ryan Smart, 44, of Wickenburg, was cited for third degree criminal trespassing.

Paul Benavid De Jesus, 31, of Wickenburg, was cited April 16 for disorderly conduct– fighting after an alleged altercation at a local bar.

Dalila Sotelo, 20, of Las Vegas, Nev., was cited March 15 for exceeding the speed limit by 20-45 MPH after using reportedly excessive speed and passing vehicles. Her passenger Anna Maria Elebario, 20, of New Mexico, was cited for drug paraphernalia– possession/use for a burnt marijuana cigarette according to reports.

Spencer Guy Davis, 24, of Wickenburg was cited April 23 for reckless driving, exceeding speeds of 85 MPH and racing/exhibition of speed. In the same incident, Jeffrey Lynn Fink, 20, of Wickenburg was cited as well for reckless driving, exceeding speeds of 85 MPH and racing/exhibition of speed after the two were reportedly stopped by an officer after racing at approximately 92 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.

Sarah Anne Garner, 44, of Congress, was cited March 23 for driving with a suspended license.

Martin E. Espinoza-Cardenas, 34, of Wickenburg, was cited March 29 for criminal littering/polluting after allegedly dropping a cigarette on the street.

David Marc Conley, 79, of Wickenburg, was cited April 17 for liquor– open container in a vehicle.

Ryan Casey Smart, of Wickenburg, was cited March 25 for third degree criminal trespassing after allegedly continuing to return to a local car dealership after being trespassed.

Miguel Tello Chavez, 21, of Gladden, was cited March 14 for drug paraphernalia– possession/use after being allegedly being pulled over for general traffic violations.

Joseph Preston Sexton, 25, of Kingman, was cited March 24 for drug paraphernalia– possession/use after being pulled over for alleged erratic driving.

Weston Kent Schuck, 18, of Wickenburg, was cited March 9 for a drug paraphernalia violation.

Powell James Parker, 40, of Wickenburg, was cited March 6 for assault– touched to injure, second degree criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct– fighting and failure to obey/refusal to provide name after allegedly getting into an altercation at a local bar.
