‘Zorro’s Back!’ at high school this Friday
Enjoy a night out with a live performance and a good meal, and support local students at the same time.
A group of Wickenburg High School theatre students and Thespian troupe members have been hard at work on their dinner theatre production of “Alas! Alack! Zorro’s Back!” This show is entirely student-run. It was selected by students, directed by senior Eddie Raymond, stage managed, designed and acted entirely by students. However, the students allowed the troupe sponsor and theatre teacher Mr. Modzelewski to do all of the paperwork and coordinate the seating arrangements and menu with Southwest Foodservice.
The show is this Friday (Dec. 5) at 6:30 p.m. in the WHS cafeteria. Tickets are $45 for the dinner theatre. The menu for the three-course meal will be “Chicken Victorious” (marinated chicken breast), rice pilaf, diner roll, fiesta mixed vegetables, house salad, mini Mexican appetizers and a dulce de leche cake with fresh berries as dessert. Beverages and coffee are also included. The vegetarian selection will be the same except with grilled vegetables served with the rice pilaf for the main course.
