Junior rodeo scheduled in Wickenburg

More than 300 American Junior Rodeo Association (AJRA) members and their families will come to Wickenburg to compete Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 28-29 at the Everett Bowman Arena in Constellation Park.

Rodeo events including bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, calf roping, breakaway roping, goat tying, pole bending, saddle bronc and bareback riding, chute dogging, and the fun-to-watch ribbon roping will be featured in the competition.

The members range in ages from 5 to18 and are coming from all around the state.
