The following convictions were recently enforced by Wickenburg Municipal Court:

Dec. 23, 2019, Joshua Olson, 37, of Wickenburg, guilty of disorderly conduct, sentenced to eight days in jail.

Dec. 16, 2019, Sidney M. Maslonka, 73, of Rosalie, Nebraska, guilty of driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, one day in jail, MADD victim panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Martha Louise Johnson, 50, Wickenburg, guilty of driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, one day in jail, MADD victim panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Todd Lee Furness, 30, of Tonopah, guilty of driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, one day in jail, MADD victim panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Dec. 9, 2019, Madeline Amanda Carson, 49, of Wickenburg, guilty of reckless driving, sentenced to a fine of $1,372.50, MADD victim impact panel discussion, One year summary probation.

Jesus Mundo-Cota, 50, of Phoenix, guilty of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to a fine of $625.00.

Dec. 2, 2019, Francesca A. Romero, 23, of Phoenix, guilty of driving on a suspended license, granted seven days of jail as time served in lieu of fine, guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to a fine of $750.00.

Kyler Spong, 26, of Wickenburg, guilty of criminal trespass, sentenced to a fine of $150.00.

Gerald Hayes, 33, of Maricopa, guilty of criminal littering, sentenced to a fine of $150.00.

Nov. 25, 2019, Angel, Camacho Cervantes, 24, of Carson, guilty of driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, one day in jail, MADD victim impact panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Nov. 18, 2019, Noe O. Raymundo, 33, of Aguila, guilty of liquor in vehicle passenger possession, sentenced to a fine of $350.00.

Cori Deon Winders, 26, of Congress, guilty driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, one day in jail, MADD victim impact panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Oct. 28, 2019, Zachary D. Kerns, 31, of Peoria, guilty of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to a fine of $625.00.

Oct. 21, 2019, Fredy Leonel Santos Mortaya, 24, of Aguila, guilty of reckless driving, sentenced to a fine of $493.00, also guilty of liquor in vehicle, sentenced to a fine of $350.00.

Michael Alan Stettler, 58, of Wickenburg, guilty of driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, MADD victim impact panel discussion, one day in jail, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Jason Joseph Valenzuela, 32, of Wickenburg, guilty of reckless driving, sentenced to a fine of $1,372.50, MADD victim impact panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment, three years of summary probation and 30 hours of community service.

Fredi Bernal, 25, of Wickenburg, guilty of theft, sentenced to a fine of $500.00, three years of summary probation, 10 days in jail, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Christopher Allen Stacy, 24, of Wickenburg, sentenced to a fine of $150.00 and 30 hours of community service.

Oct. 7, 2019, Cara Dawn Williams, 39, of Wickenburg, guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to a fine of $750.00.

Anita Ann Ebarb, 45, of Wickenburg, guilty of theft/shoplifting, sentenced to a fine of $500.00 and restitution of $52.47.

Kimberly Denise Moore, 48, of Wickenburg, guilty of driving under the influence, sentenced to a fine of $1,533.00, MADD victim impact panel discussion, one day in jail, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Sept. 30, 2019, Leonard Rash, 41, of Mesa, guilty of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to a fine of $625.00.

Sept. 23, 2019, Brian John Foley, 56, of Wickenburg, guilty of disorderly conduct fighting, sentenced to a fine of $500.00.

Tyler Reis, 18, of Wickenburg, guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to a fine of $750.00 and rehabilitation, guilty of theft, sentenced to a fine of $1,000.00, rehabilitation and life skills course, guilty of failure to appear, sentenced to a fine of $200.00.

Sept. 16, 2019, Onesimo J. Ramirez, 58, of North Las Vegas, Nev., guilty of excessive speed, sentenced to a fine of $279.00.

Ryan Casey Smart, 45, of Wickenburg, guilty of three counts of criminal trespassing, sentenced to a fine of $150.00 per charge.

Sept. 9, 2019, Randy Ristau, 32, of Congress, guilty of assault, sentenced to a fine of $750.00 and anger management.

Aug. 26, 2019, Crystal Lynne Woods, 43, of Wickenburg, guilty of guilty of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to a fine of $625.00.

Aug. 19, 2019, Octavio Ochoa-Morales, 56, of North Las Vegas, Nev., guilty of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to a fine of $625.00.

Aug. 5, 2019, Mitchell Dean Bell, 31, of Phoenix, guilty of reckless driving, sentenced to a fine of $1,372.50, 30 hours of community service, MADD victim impact panel discussion, alcohol/drug screening and any recommended treatment.

Edgar Morando, 24, of Tucson, guilty of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to a fine of $625.00.
