It is an easy drive to the scenic desert claims near Morristown. Directions: Take U.S. 60 west toward Wickenburg. Approx. ¼ mile past the railroad overpass is the Castle Hot Springs Road turn. Follow signs 2 ½ miles to the claims. Alternate directions: Take U.S. 74 west also intersects with Castle Hot Springs Road if one is driving from the interstate 17 (20 miles). High clearance vehicles are recommended for the last 1-½ miles of unpaved road into the desert location of the claims.

Everyone is invited to join in the Group Potluck at noon. If one plans to attend, bring a dish that serves ten. There will be a cookie social for dessert. Bring a dozen cookies to pass around. Roadrunner Club will provide plates, plasticware and drinks. Bring a chair and drinking water. Prospectors get very thirsty.
